At Lecturita we believe that encouraging the habit of reading among children from an early age offers benefits for their growth and favors personal and intellectual development. To read is to build meaning, find interpretations, expand your imagination, generate bonds, and develop one’s capacity for comprehension and interpretation.

Reading is a habit you build day by day and at a time when the presence of electronic devices is increasing in children’s lives, we believe that it’s important to actively encourage contact with books. During the early years of life, the family environment offers children security and trust and is thus the ideal context in which to imbue them with the tools and resources that will help them later in life. Accompanying children in their reading, in addition to strengthening their cognitive development, reinforces the bond between parents and children. It’s a healthy and beneficial way of bringing the family closer together. The Lecturita combo seeks to generate moments of learning and fun, helping children to get into reading through a fun, entertaining family experience. Lecturita arose out of a question we asked ourselves: What’s the best way to get children interested in books? Joining a children’s book club was a great answer! And building your own library is a lot of fun too! So, every month our team works enthusiastically to select the books and fun surprises in order to support children’s development at different ages and spark a genuine interest in reading.
